At Eurofirms, we are currently seeking a Dispatch Area Coordinator to work on-site at one of our key clients’ facilities. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with the loading and delivery schedules defined in the daily schedule, managing solutions or improvements in case of any deviations from the planned schedule, thereby guaranteeing no impact on service levels for internal and external customers. Manage relationships with transportation service providers and their associated personnel, verifying compliance with quality, legal, and safety regulations, ensuring adherence to loading times, departure schedules, and conditions required to maintain appropriate service levels for internal and external customers. Input information regarding receipts processed at the Distribution Center into various systems. Receive and dispatch finished products, raw materials, and supplies to and from other plants, warehouses, and Distribution Centers, ensuring accurate and timely recording of corresponding movements in established systems. Employment Conditions: Fixed-term contract with potential for internalization (subject to satisfactory performance). Rotating Shifts: Morning Shift (Mon–Thu: 07:30–17:00; Fri: 07:30–16:00); Night Shift (Mon–Thu: 22:30–08:00; Fri: 22:30–07:00). Meal allowance provided on-site. Shuttle service available from Metro Estación Central and Pudahuel stations. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. Technical or Professional degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Intermediate Excel).
