If you are a committed individual, passionate about operational excellence, and have experience in food services and meal plan production, this is your opportunity! · Job Description As a Culinary Chef, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing the operational activities of the food service team at the assigned site, achieving daily meal plan production levels, contractual conditions, and Sodexo corporate guidelines—all within established quality and safety standards. · About Us We are a French company and a global leader in quality-of-life services. Supervise and verify the delivery of procedures, documents, and safety and quality briefings defined by Sodexo. Supervise and verify the application of quality manuals in the food service operational process. Plan and supervise the daily mass production of food items, ensuring their quality. Rapidly adjust production plans in response to changes in demand or unforeseen issues. · Requirements Completed Secondary Education. Minimum 2 years of experience in the role. Experience in mining (ideal). Residence in the Northern Region of the country. Availability to work on a 7x7 shift schedule.
