Job Summary: We are seeking a Contract Administrator to lead the comprehensive management of construction and installation services for a mining project, ensuring adherence to standards and maintaining strong client relations. Contract Administrator – Construction and Installation (Mining Sector) A prominent mining company is currently seeking a Contract Administrator to lead the comprehensive management of services related to construction and installation for a mining project. · Position Objective: Responsible for contract administration and proper on-site service execution, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and cost standards, as well as maintaining appropriate relationships with the client and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: Administer and ensure compliance with the service contract. Monitor project schedules, costs, and physical progress. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams on-site. Manage contract performance indicators. Ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental regulations. Maintain direct client relations, including technical-commercial management. Control budgets, payment statuses, and service deviations. Coordinate support departments (HR, logistics, procurement, HSEC, among others). Participate in technical and HSEC meetings, ensuring commitment fulfillment. Supervise compliance with labor regulations and personnel management. · Position Requirements: Education: Civil Engineer, Construction Engineer, or Civil Constructor. (Mandatory) (Desirable: Postgraduate degree in project management or human resources). Availability for shift work. · Experience: Minimum 10 years of general experience. At least 5 years in contract administration or similar service roles within mining construction and installation. Additional Requirements: Class B driver’s license.
