At Acqua di Parma, we are looking for individuals with experience in premium brands and a customer-oriented mindset to join our team. ### **Available Positions** * Perfumery / Sales Consultant – Part time – Alto las Condes * Perfumery / Sales Consultant – Part time – Parque Arauco * Location: Santiago ### **Work Schedule** * Part-time arrangement. * Sunday and Monday. * Hours subject to mall and store operating hours. ### **Job Objective** To serve as the visible face of Acqua di Parma for our customers, delivering an exceptional and personalized shopping experience while representing the values and excellence of one of the world’s most renowned luxury perfumery brands. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver a memorable and distinctive experience to each customer. * Advise and recommend products according to consumers’ needs and preferences. * Execute the brand’s proprietary service rituals and protocols. * Achieve monthly sales targets, commercial KPIs, and assigned goals. * Communicate promotions, product launches, and brand updates. * Maintain a clean, organized point of sale aligned with the brand’s visual standards. * Correctly implement merchandising actions and product displays. * Ensure proper stock availability and presentation of products at the counter. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in sales and customer service. * Preferred experience in niche perfumery or luxury brands. * Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday. * Interest in and knowledge of fragrances and beauty. * Excellent personal presentation. ### **Key Competencies** * Customer orientation and service vocation. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and adaptability. * Responsibility and adherence to instructions. * Empathy, kindness, and respect. * Results orientation and commitment to achieving commercial goals. ### **Benefits** ✨ $3\.000 food allowance for each day worked. ✨ Recognition for top-performing sales staff. ✨ 25% discount on our brands. ✨ Supplementary health insurance (upon transitioning to an indefinite-term contract). ✨ Opportunities for growth and development within the company. ✨ Excellent work environment and collaboration within a dynamic team.
