Sodexo Chile is looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join our team in the Coquimbo Region. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for verifying work equipment and requesting necessary resources for delivering services at the assigned site, ensuring contractual service continuity within technical standards, service quality, safety, and associated service procedures. Responsibilities Supervise and verify the production process from raw material receipt to service delivery. Supervise and execute personnel-related transactional procedures and shift scheduling systems. Compare sales figures against rations delivered per meal plan type. Carry out procurement procedures for utensils and equipment, as well as maintenance requests. Prepare activities and resources for special events. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers. · Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in the position. - Experience in collective catering services. - Technical/professional certification in: Gastronomy, Nutrition, or Business Administration. - Experience leading teams. - Availability to work on a 10x10 shift schedule. - Residence in Coquimbo city. - Valid Class B Driver’s License. · Benefits Opportunity for professional growth and development within the company.
