This role is critical for multidisciplinary coordination, facilitating integration among design, planning, and execution teams, and optimizing processes throughout the project lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** * Development and maintenance of detailed BIM models. * Coordination and integration of information across disciplines. * Detection and resolution of clashes. * Generation of drawings, reports, and technical documentation. * Technical support for BIM tools and methodologies. * Quality control and compliance with standards. **Required Profile:** * Technical or university graduate in construction-related fields (Architecture or related Engineering), with 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling, advanced proficiency in tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D, and experience in collaborative environments for large-scale projects. BIM certification and knowledge of automation (e.g., Dynamo) are desirable. **Seize the challenge.
