




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to support the Human Resources department at a gym, managing employment contracts, payroll processing, and administrative procedures. We are a rapidly expanding gym chain committed to the well-being and health of our customers. We aim to incorporate a Payroll Assistant who will directly support the Human Resources department. Main Responsibilities: -Issuance of employment contracts, addendums, employment letters, and other documents. -Support in the monthly payroll process. -Management of employment termination settlements (finiquitos). -Attendance tracking and working-hour compliance monitoring. -Use of the Previred platform. -Support in administrative procedures and tasks within the department. Requirements: -Technical or professional education in HR Administration, Accounting, or related fields. -Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll or similar roles. -Knowledge of Chilean labor legislation. -Proficiency in Excel and payroll platforms (BUK preferred). -Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively. Schedule (35 hours/week): Monday to Friday, 09:30–17:00 hrs.
