The role will emphasize technical leadership, software quality, and planning and delivery of technology products. Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop software engineering teams. * Plan projects, priorities, and technical deliveries. * Oversee architecture, development, testing, and deployments. * Promote sound engineering and code quality practices. * Coordinate with product, design, operations, and business units. * Monitor progress, risks, quality, and key KPIs. * Support architectural decisions and platform evolution. * Manage technical resources and vendors as required. * Drive Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices. * Identify opportunities to improve productivity and processes. * Prepare technical and executive reports for management. * Participate in technology transformation and modernization initiatives. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience in software development and engineering team leadership. * Experience managing technology projects and deliveries. * Knowledge of architecture, APIs, cloud, and distributed systems. * Experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD. * Proficiency with project management and version control tools. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Strategic, technical, autonomous, and results-oriented profile. * Advanced English proficiency. Salary: $687\.634 \- $1\.945\.453 per month Work Location: On-site employment
