This internship offers a unique opportunity for those eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in real-world recruitment, selection, and psycholaboral assessment processes, actively contributing to projects impacting both companies and professionals. As part of our team, your main responsibilities will include supporting recruitment and selection processes, screening resumes, coordinating and participating in competency-based interviews, drafting psycholaboral reports, conducting active candidate sourcing, and assisting with administrative tasks related to consulting projects. We seek motivated, well-organized, proactive, and autonomous students. Strong writing skills, communication abilities, and basic or intermediate proficiency in digital tools are essential. Candidates with interest in or focus on organizational psychology or human resources are especially valued.
