Business process optimization using Microsoft technologies 3. 24-month technology project with a dedicated pool of specialized hours Microsoft Automation Engineer – Lo Barnechea At **PS Grupo Hunting**, we are looking for a **Microsoft Automation Engineer** to join an engineering team participating in a technology project estimated to last 24 months, executed under a dedicated pool of specialized hours model. The role will focus on designing, implementing, evolving, and supporting automation solutions built on native **Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform** technologies. We seek professionals with experience in process automation, digital solution design, and Microsoft tool integration, who can analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and transform manual tasks into efficient, secure, and scalable solutions. Position Objective To design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform to optimize business processes, reduce manual task execution, improve response times, and contribute to greater operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. * Design, develop, and implement workflows using Power Automate. * Build business applications and solutions using Power Apps. * Implement automations and integrations using Azure Logic Apps. * Develop serverless processes and components using Azure Functions. * Integrate automations with Microsoft 365 services, platforms, and applications. * Consume and implement APIs from the Microsoft ecosystem and external services. * Design approval, validation, notification, and document management workflows. * Automate processes related to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and other collaborative tools. * Monitor the performance of implemented automations and resolve incidents. * Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on existing solutions. * Optimize workflows and processes to enhance performance, security, and scalability. * Produce technical, functional, procedural, and user documentation. Requirements * Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Computing Engineering, or a related field. * Experience in process analysis, requirements gathering, and automation. * Proficiency in Power Automate. * Experience in designing and developing solutions with Power Apps. * Experience or knowledge of Azure Logic Apps. * Knowledge of Azure Functions. * Experience working with Microsoft 365 tools and services. * Proficiency in REST API development, integration, and consumption. * Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API. * Ability to gather requirements and document technical and functional processes. Desirable Skills * Microsoft Dataverse. * Power BI. * Azure Service Bus. * Microsoft Teams. * SharePoint Online. * RPA automation using Power Automate Desktop. * Microsoft Entra ID. * Authentication and authorization mechanisms. * Certifications related to Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Azure. Project Conditions * Project with an estimated duration of 24 months. * Contract aligned with the project duration. * Engagement model based on a dedicated pool of specialized hours. * Development of solutions using native Microsoft technologies. * Licenses, access, and work environments provided by the client. * Reference location: Lo Barnechea.
