At Alsea, we are seeking our next Junior Audit Analyst, who will be responsible for supporting the execution of internal audits by participating in risk identification and internal control evaluation. Their role is critical to ensuring proper collection, organization, and documentation of evidence, contributing to the analysis of key processes and improving operational efficiency and compliance across the region. What will be your responsibilities? Execute audit tests (substantive, analytical, and process mapping) Support audit planning and documentation of working papers Identify deviations from established evaluation criteria Collaborate in tracking corrective actions and closing findings. Advanced student or graduate in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles.
