We seek a professional experienced in global tourism operations, capable of leading international projects and ensuring excellence in service management. Responsibilities * **Global operations management**: Supervise and coordinate tourism activities across various international destinations. * **Strategic planning**: Design expansion and service optimization plans for tourism offerings. * **International supplier relations**: Negotiate agreements with hotels, airlines, and local operators. * **Team supervision**: Lead multicultural teams across different countries. * **Experience innovation**: Create distinctive proposals to strengthen the global brand. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure alignment with international tourism and sustainability regulations. * **Executive reporting**: Prepare performance reports and forecasts for senior management. Requirements * Degree in **Tourism Business Administration**, **Commercial Engineering**, or related field. * Minimum 7 years of experience in international tourism operations management. * Knowledge of logistics, itinerary planning, and global regulations. * Leadership, intercultural communication, and negotiation skills. * Advanced English; knowledge of another language (French, German, or Mandarin) is desirable. * Willingness to travel and coordinate operations across multiple countries.
