Job Summary: This role seeks a DARA Operator to verify the entry of academic records, ensuring the availability, accuracy, and protection of student and faculty information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verification and management of academic records and enrollments. 2. Support in academic scheduling and semester closure. 3. Management of documentation and support for student processes. Duoc UC Puerto Montt Campus is seeking a DARA Operator, whose mission will be to perform and verify the entry of campus academic records, contributing to the availability, accuracy, and protection of information for degree-seeking students, continuing education students (continuing education applies only in regions), and faculty, in accordance with the Academic Regulations, institutional procedures, and standards. Responsibilities: - Perform and verify the entry and validation of enrollment data for new and special admission students. - Perform and/or manage the delivery of documentation (certificates and study programs); - Enter background information for training courses (PNCT). - Perform and/or support the management of academic scheduling support delivery. - Support and/or manage semester closure activities at the campus. Enter the academic record for the campus student graduation process. Knowledge: Intermediate-level Office skills; SAP proficiency desirable. Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience desirable. Education: Technical degree.
