We are currently seeking a **Core Assistant** for a major mining project located in the Coquimbo Region, Choapa Province. **Conditions:** * Shift: 14x14 * Location: Salamanca * Contract Type: Fixed-term **Objective:** Ensure document traceability and information availability to support strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain, control, and update M&E-related documentation in SharePoint and physical folders. * Update M&E accreditation according to client standards. * Prepare the document control matrix. * Prepare the fuel control matrix. * Prepare the lubricants control matrix. * Prepare and submit daily M&E availability reports. * Perform document traceability. * Conduct checklist control; verify information in documents, digitize them, and store them in SharePoint per SGI’s request. * Perform daily report control; verify submitted information, maintain clear communication with the CORE Supervisor to convey document observations and transfer such information to the daily M&E availability report. * Update and manage the SDA control matrix and generate procurement requests. * Scan all physical documents and upload them to SharePoint (e.g., maintenance certificates, operational readiness certificates, quotations, daily briefings, checklists, training records, communications, etc.). * Upload procedure communications to SharePoint (including registration and evaluations). Update the Personnel Status Master List and Communications Register. * Draft “M&E Delivery Minutes” and update them in SharePoint. * Generate and manage work orders. * Record observations identified in checklists and reports. * Monitor weekly and bi-weekly maintenance plans. * Coordinate maintenance activities with equipment rental providers. * Monthly distribution of fuel consumption data. * Request and manage dispatch guides. * Control equipment entry and exit minutes. * Print documentation requested by the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Higher Technical Degree in Business Administration, Higher Technical Degree in Logistics or Operations Management, or Higher Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance. * 1 year of experience.
