




Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily fieldwork execution, managing personnel, materials, and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a **Construction Supervisor** for a major mining project located in the Antofagasta region. **Conditions:** * Shift: 7x7 * Site: Puerto Coloso * Contract Type: Fixed-term. **Objective:** To plan, coordinate, and supervise end-to-end the correct execution of daily fieldwork, managing personnel, materials, equipment, and tools—ensuring safe working conditions, compliance with operational procedures, and timely reporting to management on progress, status, and work closure, as well as identifying risks and proposing corrective actions. **Responsibilities:** * Thoroughly understand the client’s fluid transport system facilities, structures, areas, and equipment to ensure proper execution of maintenance and scheduled work. * Understand the maintenance strategy to plan and coordinate daily activities, verifying adherence to deadlines and targets. * Supervise and monitor that all work is performed in accordance with procedures, safety regulations, risk prevention requirements, and established standards. * Generate work notifications and work orders based on operational requirements. * Prepare and deliver reports, technical reports, and presentations requested by the client regarding progress and results. * Execute and follow up on work orders assigned by management. * Manage the request, receipt, and distribution of materials and tools required for operations. * Supervise assigned personnel, coordinating tasks and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * Ensure awareness of and compliance with documentation and requirements of the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Participate in planning and progress review meetings. * Monitor services and resources required for executing planned work. * Propose process and task improvements to foster continuous area improvement. * Support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the IMS. * Maintain updated records of assigned personnel documentation (training courses, examinations, certifications, and assignments). * Apply preventive tools and safety controls across all activities. * Report and correct deviations related to safety, health, quality, and environment. **Requirements:** * Mechanical Technician or related degree. * 5 years of experience in Mining Projects or Engineering Construction. * Knowledge of Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management. * Familiarity with Work Management and SAP.
