Design, develop, and implement asset replacement plans according to operational and asset management needs, considering energy efficiency and asset management criteria. 2\. Specify and award high-complexity construction works, supplies, and services. 3\. Ensure that replacement activities comply with established standards for quality, healthy work environment, safety, energy efficiency, asset management, and environmental protection. 4\. Prepare monthly reports related to your management activities. 5\. Monitor budget execution, construction progress, project schedules, contract compliance, among others. 6\. Efficiently and effectively manage resources of all types. 7\. Maintain communication with other departments involved in asset management—such as engineering, procurement, operations, systems, and telecontrol—to timely align initiatives between both parties, thereby avoiding inefficiencies due to duplicated efforts on any system, and ensuring maintainability criteria are incorporated into the design of new works that form part of normal operations, in accordance with current asset management practices within the Management Department. 8\. Supervise, design, and manage high-complexity projects, including scheduling, planning, and execution of activities across various areas—including asset management. Implement improvements to existing processes. Coordinate activities with other internal departments or external parties. 9\. Understand energy-related objectives and targets, as well as responsibilities concerning energy use and consumption—particularly regarding significant energy uses. 10\.
