Position Objective: Manage contact with companies to collaborate with SENCE in order to provide job vacancies to OMIL for referral to job seekers. Establish and maintain links with the business sector of the commune. Main Responsibilities: Generate and maintain relationships with companies to obtain job offers and secure job vacancies for OMIL users. Develop customer retention strategies for partner companies. Expand the portfolio of companies covered within the territory. Continuously update knowledge of the labor market at the communal, provincial, regional, and national levels. Advise companies on employment matters and SENCE program offerings. Analyze and/or map the local labor market. Promote SENCE’s integrated service offering. Gather information on predominant productive sectors and their recruitment challenges. Identify and increase job vacancies for the "Busca Empleo" platform. Required Profile: Professional with a degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration Engineering, Public Relations, or related fields, with a minimum duration of eight semesters, awarded by a State University or one officially recognized by the State. Desired: One year of experience in similar positions.
