Job Summary: Design, specify, plan, and execute high-complexity asset replacement and renewal projects, ensuring quality standards and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead complex asset replacement and renewal projects. 2. Ensure quality, safety, and energy efficiency across all operations. 3. Collaborate on continuous improvement of operational and maintenance management. **Job Description** ---------------------- Design, specify, plan, and execute high-complexity asset replacement and/or renewal projects. 1\. Design, develop, and implement asset replacement plans according to operational and asset management needs, considering energy efficiency and asset management criteria. 2\. Specify and procure high-complexity construction works, supplies, and services. 3\. Ensure that replacement activities comply with established standards for quality, healthy working conditions, safety, energy efficiency, asset management, and environmental protection. 4\. Prepare monthly reports related to assigned responsibilities. 5\. Monitor budget execution, project progress, schedule adherence, and contract compliance, among others. 6\. Manage resources of all types efficiently and effectively. 7\. Maintain communication with other departments involved in asset management—such as engineering, procurement, operations, systems, and telecontrol—to timely align initiatives between both parties, thereby avoiding inefficiencies arising from duplicated efforts on any system, and ensuring maintainability criteria are incorporated into the design of new facilities integrated into normal operations, consistent with current asset management practices under Management. 8\. Supervise, design, and manage high-complexity projects, including scheduling, planning, and execution of activities across various domains—including asset management. Implement improvements to existing processes. Coordinate activities with other internal or external departments. 9\. Understand corporate energy objectives and targets, as well as responsibilities related to energy use and consumption—particularly concerning significant energy uses. 10\.
