Contribute to a self-sustaining and optimized operation. **Job Description** ---------------------- Enaex, a leading company in the manufacturing and marketing of products and services for the mining industry, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor whose objective is to ensure inventory reliability and supply efficiency across the warehouse operations at the Prillex América Plant, guaranteeing compliance with safety, order, traceability, and service standards toward production and maintenance departments, performing duties on a 4x4 day and night shift schedule in the commune of Mejillones (commuter bus service available from and to Antofagasta). Main responsibilities include: * Execute and supervise receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch operations for materials. * Verify that incoming and outgoing movements comply with established procedures. * Apply preventive controls and inventory audits to ensure record accuracy and early detection of deviations or losses. * Timely support operational emergencies related to material handling, inventory health, and procurement that may impact supply continuity. * Ensure efficiency in the material flow—from purchase validation through warehouse receipt and distribution. * Execute housekeeping, cleaning, and continuous improvement plans (e.g., 5S, Lean Warehouse), optimizing space, processing times, and resource utilization. * Support implementation of new technological or digital practices to strengthen efficiency and traceability. * Identify improvement opportunities in processes, layout, documentation, or systemic controls, contributing to building a self-sustaining and efficient operation. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Minimum 2 years’ experience in operational warehouse functions or inventory control within industrial plants. * Technical diploma or higher education degree in Logistics, Industrial Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of SAP \- MM module. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Familiarity with HSEC regulations and DS43/DS47. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
