At OTIC Proforma, we are looking for a committed, organized, and passionate training professional dedicated to people's development to join our team as a Training and Tax Credit Executive. Fixed-term contract with potential extension to indefinite term. On-site Main Responsibilities: Provide advisory services regarding Law No. 19\.518, ordinary regulations, amendments, and related resolutions. Prepare management reports and indicators according to organizational requirements. Review and submit statement balances. Request quotations and manage course purchases from Technical Training Organizations (OTEC). Administer and monitor the Training Plan. Maintain updated records of training-related expenses. Manage training courses associated with DNC (course search, registration request, validation, invoice issuance request, digital archiving). Coordinate the sending of training invitations and surveys. Create and maintain databases for training processes. Prepare training reports and analyses. What Are We Looking For? Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. Knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in SENCE tax credit programs and training processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. Strong organizational, planning, and multi-process tracking skills. Customer orientation, teamwork, and attention to detail.
