Finning is seeking a Supervisor for the Candelaria Contract in Copiapó, responsible for supervising the maintenance and repair of Caterpillar equipment at the mining site, ensuring compliance with programs and standards.

Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and a leader in equipment distribution and services, is searching for top talent to fulfill the role of **Supervisor for the Candelaria Contract (Copiapó)**. The position aims to supervise the execution of equipment maintenance programs and plans, as well as unplanned work arising from incidents, conducted in the mining site workshop, thereby ensuring compliance with maintenance and repair actions for contract equipment; identifying human and material resource requirements; implementing actions responsive to operational variability; adhering to company standards; safeguarding compliance with technical and administrative procedures; contributing to Achievement of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP); and optimizing utilization of assigned resources.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Motivate personnel under supervision and foster their commitment to the company’s strategic initiatives.
* Supervise execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks performed in the mining site workshop.
* Participate in preparation of the Contract’s Operations and Investments Budget, development of the maintenance program, and component replacement schedule.
* Supervise and actively participate in activities related to safety, occupational health, environmental, and quality management.
**Application Requirements:**
* University graduate — Civil Engineer or Industrial Engineer (or equivalent), preferably with a mechanical or industrial background — with proven experience in maintenance and repair processes for mobile mining equipment, as well as in work planning and related processes.
* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, including leadership of multidisciplinary work teams.
* Advanced proficiency in computer tools: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project), SIS, DBS.
* Class B driver’s license.
* Residence in Copiapó (preferred).
