SPECIALIST **Offer ID:** 89492 **Job:** Technicians / Other **Contract type:** Temporary **Schedule:** Full\-Time **Country:** Chile **EQUANS Chile (EQCL)** is seeking a **SPECIALIST** who complies with established procedures and whose primary responsibility will be to execute assigned tasks related to maintenance and improvement of electrical substations and their infrastructure (buildings, fences, yards, gardens, etc.), using applications and systems validated by the client, with the objective of ensuring that such work is carried out in accordance with quality standards and deadlines stipulated by the client, as well as procedural and safety protocols, at the electrical installations or infrastructure associated with the assigned tasks. **We invite all qualified candidates meeting the following requirements to apply for this vacancy:** **Profession / Education:** * . Electrical or electronic technician degree, or equivalent. **Knowledge:** .\- Proficiency in basic tools and equipment for work at low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical substations (electrical measuring devices, SF6, etc.). .\- Experience desirable in inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance of power equipment at substations (circuit breakers, reactors, filter banks, disconnectors). .\- Experience desirable in inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance of DC and AC switchboards. .\- Experience desirable in inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance of auxiliary systems, generator sets, switchboards, rectifiers, and power cables in electrical substations between reactors and track rails. .\- Experience desirable in minor civil works, painting, roof repairs, weed removal at substations, and infrastructure adaptation. .\- Experience desirable in cleaning and organizing substation infrastructure. .\- Knowledge of safety regulations and personal protective equipment desirable. .\- Knowledge of reading electrical and control schematics desirable. **Experience:** 3 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance work at low- and medium-voltage electrical substations. **Requirements:** 1\.\- Availability to work rotating shifts and travel to substations in EFE’s Central Zone. 2\.\- Willingness to participate in on-call shifts during weekends and holidays. 3\.\- Ability to attend all 17 substations covered under the contract, spanning from Santiago to Talca.
