Participation in technical governance forums **Mindco**, a specialist consulting firm in asset management for large-scale industries, is seeking **Senior Structural Engineers** to join an important project in the **Mining** sector, related to critical infrastructure integrity and risk management at **Codelco**. For this role, experience in structural assessment of industrial infrastructure, condition analysis, risk management, asset lifecycle, control definition, technical recommendations, and participation in technical governance forums with multidisciplinary teams will be highly valued. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and analyze structural findings related to critical infrastructure, considering physical condition, failure modes, criticality, and risks to operational continuity. * Technically validate preventive, mitigative, and corrective controls associated with structural risks, ensuring consistency with technical standards, applicable regulations, and asset integrity criteria. * Participate in expert boards, technical committees, and prioritization processes, preparing technical documentation and providing expert support for decision-making. * Issue technical recommendations for structural risk mitigation, intervention prioritization, maintenance strategies, and on-site technical support when required. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer, Structural Civil Engineer, Civil Works Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer, or related degree. * **15 years or more** of professional experience. * Experience in industrial infrastructure asset management, preferably in mining. * Demonstrable experience in condition assessment, structural risk evaluation, and asset lifecycle management. * Knowledge of corporate standards, **ISO** standards, and **PAS 55\.** * Solid knowledge of **SOMA**, **SAP PM**, and **SAP MM.** * Availability for hybrid work mode, meetings in Santiago, and visits to Codelco divisions as required by the service. **Benefits:** * Complementary health, life, and dental insurance. * Year-end bonus for national holidays and Christmas. * Corporate benefits platform. * Access to corporate tools and training programs.
