Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage and boost sales, serving as the visible liaison between the Company and the store, reporting to the Regional Agent. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and boost sales at assigned points and zones. 2. Serve as the visible liaison between the Company and the store. 3. Lead the achievement of sales targets and market share. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage and boost sales at assigned points and zones, acting as the visible liaison between the Company and the store. You will report directly to the Regional Agent and play a key role in growing the brand within your territory. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic visits to retail outlets in your portfolio according to the weekly work plan. * Provide direct customer service while maintaining the store’s image and order. * Prepare periodic reports for the Sales, Marketing, and Product departments. * Manage inventory and implement commercial actions (promotions, pricing, displays, events). * Follow up on customer purchase requests and non-conforming shipments. * Achieve and lead the attainment of sales and market share targets in your zone. * Manage and coordinate displays that reinforce brand presence. * Periodically train sales staff and promoters on CIC products. * Use assigned technological tools correctly. * Comply with internal rules, policies, procedures, safety standards, and the Integrated Management System. **Requirements** * Technical education (preferred) in Administration or Commercial Sales. * Minimum 3 years of experience in sales-related positions. * Knowledge of administration and sales. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Skills: commitment, responsibility, teamwork, and strong customer relationship management. **Benefits:** * 25% discount at CIC stores *(starting from indefinite-term contract)*. * Supplementary health insurance *(starting from indefinite-term contract)*. * Half-day off on your birthday. * Agreement with Compensation Fund. * Access to 100% free online courses for your professional development. * Corporate activities and an excellent working environment.
