The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating creative projects, managing production teams, and ensuring quality in every deliverable. Responsibilities * **Audiovisual Production**: Plan and execute video, photography, and animation projects. * **Digital Editing**: Edit multimedia assets using professional software (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve). * **Project Management**: Coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables. * **Creativity and Innovation**: Propose original ideas and impactful visual solutions. * **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists. * **Process Optimization**: Implement improvements in workflows and production processes. * **Progress Reporting**: Provide periodic updates on project status. Requirements * Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in audiovisual and digital production. * Proficiency in editing and post-production software. * Knowledge of photography, lighting, and sound. * Strong organizational, creative, and problem-solving skills.
