Key responsibilities: ? Design, implement, and evaluate the Risk Prevention, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management Plan for operations. ? Conduct periodic on-site technical inspections (kitchens, warehouses, dining areas) to identify hazards and assess risks. ? Deliver safety inductions and briefings, coordinate emergency drills, and train emergency response teams. ? Investigate work-related incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and define preventive and corrective actions. ? Ensure all personnel have valid Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with industrial safety protocols. Requirements: ? Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety with current registration from the Regional Ministry of Health (Seremi de Salud) (mandatory). ? Minimum 2 years of experience. ? Solid knowledge of occupational safety legislation (Law 16.744) and integrated management systems. ?
