**Job Description** A vertical transportation company is seeking a **Risk Prevention Specialist** to join its team in **La Serena, Coquimbo Region**. The main responsibility of this role is to promote a preventive culture, ensure worker safety and health, and guarantee compliance with current occupational risk prevention regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Identify, evaluate, and control risks associated with company operations. * Develop, update, and implement **safety protocols**, **safe operating procedures**, and **emergency plans**. * Conduct regular **inductions, talks, and training sessions**. * Support the execution and monitoring of the **Annual Prevention Program**. * Lead investigations into **accidents and incidents**, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Supervise compliance with **Law 16\.744**, **Law 20\.123**, **Circular No. 3705**, and regulations applicable to vertical transportation. **Requirements** * **Occupational Risk Prevention Technician** (mandatory). * Minimum of **1 year of experience** in similar roles. * Knowledge of labor legislation and current regulations; familiarity with the updated **Supreme Decree No. 44** is desirable. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** tools. * Strong communication skills, ability to train, and work effectively within diverse teams. **We Offer** * Net monthly salary of **$800\.000**. * Opportunity to join a growing company in the vertical transportation sector.
