At FDA Ingenieros, we are seeking to incorporate an **Organizational Development Assistant** into our HR team, who will be responsible for coordinating and executing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive, well-organized, and culturally aligned entry experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees. * Manage communication and coordination with various departments involved in personnel onboarding. * Coordinate and conduct corporate induction activities. * Monitor employees during their first months in the organization. * Ensure proper management of documentation, system access, and other onboarding-related requirements. * Keep onboarding procedures and materials up to date. * Collect metrics and propose continuous improvements to the onboarding process. * Support employee experience, internal communication, and organizational development initiatives. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Psychology, Human Resources Engineering, or a related field. * 1–2 years of experience in this role. * Experience in onboarding processes (mandatory). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Familiarity with the Buk platform (desirable). **Benefits:** * Complementary life, health, dental, and catastrophic insurance. * Half-day off on the Friday of your birthday. * Los Andes Credit Union benefits. * 40-hour workweek.
