Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world. **Reimagine What’s Possible** **Description:** Safely, efficiently, and with high quality operate chemical production plants (Nitrous Oxide, Helium, Argon, Acetylene, and Dry Ice) as required by the company, and identify opportunities for improvement within the production process. **Responsibilities:** * Commissioning of plants. * Plant shutdown. * Monitoring operational variables. * Controlling the production process. * Meeting production schedules. * Ensuring production complies with quality standards. * Implementing the corresponding Preventive Maintenance (PM) system for facilities, equipment, and tanks. * Identifying and reporting opportunities for improvement in chemical plant production processes. * Managing inventory of raw materials, consumables, and cylinders. * Entering daily production data into IT platforms. * Completing and distributing production control reports. * Complying with the company’s safety program (BSP). * Achieving the zero-accident target and promoting a culture of safety and health. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical or Professional degree in Chemistry, Chemical Processes, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Control, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in production/manufacturing processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. * Valid Class D driver’s license and forklift experience preferred. * SAP knowledge in production preferred. * Availability to work rotating weekly shifts. *“At Air Products, we do not distinguish individuals with special abilities.
