Self-management, initiative, and proactivity with a results-oriented focus. **Job Posting – Medical Delegate** **Nutrition \& Health \| Curicó, Talca, Rancagua Region** **Position Summary – Medical Delegate** **Location:** Curicó – Talca \- Rancagua **Company:** Nestlé Chile **Site:** Field-based work **Business Area:** Nutrition \& Health **Position Type:** Full-time – Field **Education:** Healthcare or related professionals (Nutrition preferred) **Position Purpose** At Nestlé, we seek a **Medical Delegate** for the **Nutrition \& Health** team, focused on developing the **Talca, Curicó, and Rancagua territories**, whose primary mission is to **create and strengthen demand generation** for our nutrition brands—particularly within **medical consultations**—supporting the growth strategy of the **adult segment**. This position is critical to consolidating Nestlé’s presence in a **developing territory** with high growth potential. **A Day in the Life of…** * Develop demand generation within medical consultations in the assigned territory. * Identify and build your **medical Kardex**, prioritizing healthcare professionals with the highest demand-generation potential. * Travel across Talca, Curicó, and Rancagua, based out of Curicó. * Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. * Independently plan routes, schedules, and visit frequency. * Deliver presentations to medical teams and conduct continuing education activities. * Manage CRM and medical detailing tools (Salesforce / Veeva / VIVO). * Efficiently manage promotional resources. * Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Medical, and Field Operations. **What Will Make You Successful** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in **medical detailing**, preferably in adult nutrition, pharma, or laboratory sectors. * Proven experience in **territorial development and building a medical Kardex**. * Prior experience in the **mentioned territories**. * Strong **self-management, initiative, and proactivity**, with a results-oriented mindset. * Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, changing environments and proactively identify opportunities. * Solid interpersonal and influencing skills. * Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems. * Own **vehicle** and availability for field-based work. **Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** At Nestlé, we foster an inclusive and diverse culture.
