We seek individuals with a service-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and passion for technology. Main Responsibilities Remote Support Provide remote technical assistance to users using remote connection tools. Resolve incidents related to software, system configurations, and applications. Provide support and guidance on the use of technological platforms and tools. On-site Support Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Diagnose and resolve connectivity and network issues. Deliver on-site technical support across various communes of Santiago using company vehicles. Other Responsibilities Participate in IT projects and implementation of new technologies. Collaborate on continuous improvements to infrastructure and technical support. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT and cybersecurity. Requirements Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems. Basic knowledge of networks and connectivity. Basic proficiency in office productivity tools. Basic knowledge of hardware. Fundamental concepts of cybersecurity. Valid Class B driver's license.
