We seek a Field Service Technician capable of taking ownership of our operations at customer sites. Your role goes beyond tightening bolts—you will ensure operational continuity and mechanical excellence. You will lead on-site diagnostic tasks, bridging the gap between complex machinery issues and smooth, safe operational solutions. From day one, you’ll receive full support and top-tier tools. * **Modern Equipment:** We use modern diagnostic tools and advanced field service management platforms, ensuring clear workflows and fewer headaches. * **Growth:** You’ll have access to ongoing technical certifications and hands-on equipment training to keep your field skills up to date. **Key Responsibilities:** * **On-Site Maintenance:** Lead routine inspections, equipment installations, and preventive maintenance cycles at customer sites. * **End-to-End Diagnostics:** Manage the entire process—from initial fault identification through high-precision repair and post-service testing. * **On-Site Safety Leadership:** Strictly adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and ensure every on-site task meets the highest safety standards. * **Digital Service Reporting:** Leave nothing to chance. Validate equipment performance using digital diagnostic tools and deliver clear service reports before final acceptance. * **Customer Management:** Communicate technical recommendations directly to the customer’s contract administrators. You must be able to explain why a component needs replacement—not merely that it has failed. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Experience:** Technical or professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance, with over 1 year of hands-on field service experience. * **Track Record:** Solid technical training and unquestionable competence. We want demonstrated ability in diagnostics, problem solving, and on-site safety awareness. * **Requirements:** Valid driver’s license (required exclusively to access customer facilities in the region). * **Language & Communication:** Fluent Spanish required for on-site customer interaction. Basic English or technical reading/writing proficiency helpful for interpreting equipment manuals. * **Mindset:** Be pragmatic—know when absolute precision is required and how to solve problems efficiently under tight operational deadlines.
