Key Responsibilities: * Supervise on-site compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations across all project activities. * Monitor civil works, foundations, structural assembly, mechanical, electrical, PEM, and other activities specific to photovoltaic projects. * Verify correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by workers and subcontractors. * Conduct periodic safety inspections, identifying unsafe conditions and acts, documenting observations and improvement proposals. * Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of safe work procedures and technical instructions. * Participate in hazard identification and risk assessment (IPER/AST) for various on-site activities. * Deliver safety inductions, daily safety talks (D.S. talks), and preventive training to personnel. * Report and record incidents, substandard conditions, and near misses, tracking corrective actions. * Supervise contractor and subcontractor compliance with Occupational Safety and Health requirements. * Support the Prevention Manager in implementing action plans aimed at reducing accidents and incidents. * Maintain up-to-date preventive documentation required by regulation and company policy.
