At **TECMAN INGENIERÍA LTDA**, we are looking for an **Electrical Assistant** with experience in **industrial plants**, to join our team. We seek responsible individuals committed to safety and holding a mid-level technical qualification in the electrical field. ### **Position Objective** Support minor maintenance tasks, organization, and technical cleaning in operational electrical rooms, strictly complying with plant procedures and electrical safety standards **NFPA 70E**, with emphasis on arc flash and electrical contact hazard prevention. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform technical cleaning in electrical rooms, including floors, cable trays, conduits, and transit areas, without intervening in equipment outside established procedures. * Support basic preventive maintenance tasks, such as organizing, cleaning the surrounding area, waste removal, moisture and dust control, visual inspection, and reporting findings. * Comply with work permits, AST/ART, signage, and access control to electrical rooms, according to site regulations. * Correctly use dielectric PPE and arc-flash protective clothing, based on risk assessment and assigned tasks. * Immediately report any unsafe conditions, such as leaks, doors not closing properly, dust accumulation, loose components, visible damage, or obstructions. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * **Mid-level Technical Degree in Electricity, Electrotechnology, or related field.** * Experience in industrial plants (power or process industries) performing electrical support, maintenance, or technical cleaning in critical areas. * Experience working in operational electrical rooms under procedures and safety standards. * Practical knowledge of electrical hazards, such as arc flash, indirect contact, and hazardous energy control. * Availability to work rotating shifts, as required by service needs. * Physical fitness compatible with the position. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge or experience in **LOTO** (Lockout/Tagout) and hazardous energy control. * Proficiency in **5S / Housekeeping** in industrial environments. * Site-specific training courses, such as induction, working at heights, fire extinguishing, or similar. ### **Key Competencies** * Strong safety orientation and commitment to procedural compliance. * Organization, neatness, and methodical work habits. * Teamwork capability and effective communication with supervision and electrical personnel. ### **What We Offer** Join a team committed to operational excellence and safety, within a collaborative work environment offering opportunities for professional learning and development. **Apply with us and join TECMAN INGENIERÍA LTDA!**
