About the Role
At **Fit Parivar Bienestar y Servicios Empresariales**, we are looking to hire a **Compensation Analyst** to support and execute the company’s payroll calculation, review, and payment processes.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate preparation of salaries, deductions, bonuses, overtime hours, social security contributions, and related employment documentation, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
This role will work closely with Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Administration, and internal management teams, ensuring timely execution of monthly payroll processes and compliance with current labor regulations.

Main Responsibilities
* Execute the monthly payroll process.
* Review contractual information and period-specific updates.
* Calculate salaries, bonuses, commissions, and overtime hours.
* Manage statutory and voluntary deductions.
* Review medical leaves, permits, and absences.
* Calculate proportional vacation days and holidays.
* Prepare salary settlements.
* Validate taxable and non-taxable earnings.
* Review social security contributions.
* Prepare information for Previred.
* Manage processes related to AFP, Isapre, Fonasa, AFC, and mutual insurance providers.
* Calculate severance payments when applicable.
* Review advances and internal loans.
* Maintain up-to-date employee information.
* Prepare monthly compensation reports.
* Perform payroll-related reconciliations.
* Coordinate information with Accounting and Finance.
* Address employee inquiries regarding salary settlements and payments.
* Maintain employment documentation properly organized.
* Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
* Support hiring processes and contractual modifications.
* Monitor critical dates in the payroll calendar.
* Analyze variances between periods.
* Participate in process improvements and automation.
* Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
What We Are Looking For
**Experience:** 3–5 years of experience in Compensation, Personnel Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
**Education:** Technical or university degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources Engineering, or a related field.
**Compensation:** Experience in calculating salaries, bonuses, overtime hours, social security contributions, and severance payments.
**Labor Legislation:** Practical knowledge of Chilean labor regulations.
**Previred:** Experience in uploading, reviewing, and paying social security contributions.
**Excel:** Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
**Systems:** Experience using payroll software or ERP systems.
**Organization:** Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle large volumes of information.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Buk, Talana, Rex\+, Payroll, Softland, or other payroll systems.
* Knowledge of the Labor Directorate (Dirección del Trabajo) and electronic employment documentation.
* Experience managing medium- or large-sized workforces.
* Proficiency in Power BI.
* Knowledge of payroll accounting.
* Experience in payroll reconciliations.
* Experience in severance and vacation processes.
* Knowledge of attendance control.
* Experience in service, wellness, retail, or consulting companies.
* Proficiency in Human Resources metrics.
* Experience automating payroll reporting.
