Together, we foster a positive and collaborative work environment where all employees can grow and reach their full potential. **Responsibilities** * Provide user assistance and guidance during food service operations. ️ * Accurately perform cashier operations, including collecting payments and issuing corresponding receipts. * Conduct cash register opening, closing, and reconciliation according to company-established procedures. ✅ * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the cashier and customer service area. ✨ * Support product restocking and organization as required, ensuring uninterrupted service. * Ensure courteous, prompt, and high-quality service, contributing to customer satisfaction. * Comply with Sodexo’s established safety, hygiene, and quality protocols. * Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service operations. **Requirements** * Residency in the Tarapacá, Arica and Parinacota, Antofagasta, Atacama, or Coquimbo regions. * Completed secondary education. * Availability to work on a **10x10 shift system**. * Minimum 1 year of experience working at mining sites, preferably in cashier, customer service, or food service roles. * Experience and knowledge of cash handling, payment methods, and reconciliation. * Basic knowledge of customer service protocols and food service quality standards. * Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a dynamic environment. * Customer orientation and strong communication skills. * Medical fitness for working at high geographic altitudes. **Benefits** * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. ‍‍ * Friendly and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for continuous learning and training.
