Job Purpose Generate and ensure the consistency and accuracy of planning, production reports, and production logs. Review existing information to facilitate decision-making, while keeping information up to date to support production units—both in identifying, tracking critical management points and deviations, jointly addressing them with production units to overcome them, and supporting evaluation. **To succeed, you must meet the following requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor of Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Industrial Management Engineering, Technical Diploma, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles. **Knowledge:** Replacement models, demand analysis and forecasting. Inventory and production planning. Computer literacy, Office (advanced Excel). Advanced SAP MRP. Intermediate English. **Key Responsibilities:** Core Functions — PPDS Planning Execute and supervise finite production planning in SAP’s PPDS module, initially focusing on the press area. Create and adjust short- and medium-term production plans, considering available capacity, operational constraints, and delivery priorities. Sequence production orders to optimize resource utilization according to heuristics, prioritization rules, and system alerts. Analyze and resolve capacity conflicts, including overload, underload, over-pressurization, and pressure deviation scenarios. Generate production plans from SAP for all work centers, ensuring alignment with actual demand. Review and validate current actual demand, considering all open work orders and planned production orders. Create production orders for rework and scrap when required by production. Management Functions — PPDS Master Data Maintain and validate PPDS master planning data in SAP, including resources, shifts, and capacities (transaction CR02). Coordinate with Engineering (MLE and ME) and Production teams on required master data changes, ensuring system data integrity. Execution and Monitoring Functions Release production orders per the approved plan, managing the status transition from PLD to CRTD. Replan promptly in response to material shortages, maintenance issues, or priority changes, communicating impacts to relevant areas. Coordinate planning with Procurement, Logistics, MLE, and ME to ensure alignment between demand and available resources. **Monitor and report planning KPIs:** plan adherence, capacity utilization, on-time delivery (OTD), and lead time. Become familiar with and comply with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards as defined in internal documentation, legal requirements, and organizational mandates.
