Responsibilities: 1) Collect, systematize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data derived from the dependent unit’s processes, activities, and projects, following established procedures, to maintain reliable information for developing and continuously improving the unit’s initiatives. 2) Prepare and consolidate reports on results and indicators related to the processes managed by the dependent unit, proposing improvements to enhance quality and ensure continuous improvement. 3) Design instruments for collecting quantitative and qualitative information, and conduct validation and self-assessment of these instruments, ensuring continuous improvement of those used by the unit. 4) Support the administrative management of processes, activities, and projects associated with the dependent unit, including documentary registration and issuing follow-up/result reports. Requirements: a) Professional degree in Sociology, Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or a related field focused on data analysis. b) At least 2 years of professional experience in analytical functions. c) Knowledge of methodologies for collecting quantitative and qualitative information. d) Proficiency in software for quantitative and qualitative data analysis. e) Proficiency in Power BI.
