We are looking for a **Treasury and Operations Manager** to integrally lead the Treasury and Operations departments. Your mission is to ensure funds are always available at the optimal cost to execute our operations, while guaranteeing those operations are carried out promptly and seamlessly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensure daily fund availability and optimization to execute operations, managing business liquidity.
* Lead relationships with funds, financiers, and treasury-related operations; responsible for identifying and developing new funding sources.
* Supervise the Treasury and Operations team, ensuring accurate execution of all business operations: transaction processing and verification, invoice downloads from funding sources, collections, transfers, bank reconciliations, and management of rejected drafts.
* Drive continuous improvements and automation: create simpler and faster processes.
**Requirements:**

**What Are We Looking For?**
* Education: Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or a related finance degree.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury and/or finance; experience in factoring, financing, or fintech is preferred.
* Experience leading teams for at least 1 year.
* Technical knowledge: treasury and liquidity management, financing operations, bank reconciliations, financial closing and reporting, financial sector compliance regulations, advanced Excel, and ERP systems.
* Preferred: experience negotiating and structuring financing lines with banks and funds, reading financing agreements and covenants.
* Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
* Ability to break down complex problems and identify patterns in data.
* Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
* Leadership skills, with capacity to model processes and design controls.
