Ensures regulatory and safety compliance **Transportation Supervisor — Surya Chambal Power SpA** **General Information** * **Workplace:** Condell 1400, Valparaíso, Valparaíso Region * **Net Salary:** CLP $2\.500\.000 / month * **Work Schedule:** On-site (Full-time / Shifts) **Purpose of the Position** Surya Chambal Power SpA requires a Transportation Supervisor to manage logistics operations and the vehicle fleet at our Valparaíso office. The person assuming this position will be responsible for coordinating distribution routes, supervising the driver team, and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance for every transport operation. **Operational Responsibilities** * Plan and monitor daily transportation routes, optimizing delivery times and operational resources. * Supervise driver and field support staff performance and compliance. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles, including technical inspections and legal documentation. * Audit compliance with road safety protocols and regulations issued by the Ministry of Transport. * Prepare reports on fuel consumption, mileage, and operational incidents for area management. **Candidate Profile** * Technical or professional degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising transportation fleets, land-based logistics, or distribution operations. * Valid driver’s license (Class B or professional license preferred, as applicable). * Problem-solving ability, team leadership skills, and proficiency with GPS tracking tools and Excel. * Availability to work on-site in the Condell Street area, Valparaíso. **Benefits** * Monthly net salary of $2\.500\.000 CLP. * Direct employment via formal contract with Surya Chambal Power SpA. * Centrally located office with excellent public transportation access.
