Fixed-term contract with possibility of indefinite extension. On-site Main Responsibilities Coordinate the execution of the corporate induction program. Track KPIs associated with this process. Participate in the design and execution of Training and Development department projects. Coordinate and execute the Training Needs Assessment instrument. Develop and implement training plans and activities according to identified needs. Register and enroll participants in executed activities. Perform additional tasks and assume ancillary responsibilities within your area, as determined by your supervisor or based on specific current needs related to your primary function. What We Are Looking For Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. Knowledge and at least 3 years’ experience in SENCE tax franchise and OTIC/OTEC training processes (mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially intermediate-to-advanced Excel.
