Main Responsibilities * Supervise daily operations. * Lead and coordinate operational teams. * Assign tasks and allocate resources according to service needs. * Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and staffing levels. * Supervise productivity, quality, and goal attainment. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). * Identify and resolve operational contingencies. * Coordinate receiving, storage, preparation, and dispatch, as applicable. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures. * Uphold safety standards and risk prevention protocols. * Prepare management reports. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Reduce losses, unproductive time, and operational costs. * Ensure service continuity and quality.
