If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are motivated by interacting with people, we want to meet you! **What will be your mission?** You will be a fundamental pillar in the studio’s daily operations, supporting the Studio Manager and Co-Manager to ensure each class runs flawlessly and that our riders enjoy the best possible experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the Studio Manager and/or Co-Manager during shift operations. * Greet riders, perform check-in, and assign bicycles. * Deliver warm and personalized service throughout the entire experience. * Prepare, organize, and sanitize the studio between classes. * Promote sales of memberships, packages, and retail products. * Conduct sales, handle cash, and close the register. * Assist with inventory control and stock counting. **We are looking for people who have** * Strong customer service orientation. * Excellent interpersonal disposition and skills. * Interest in sports, wellness, or the experience industry. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Basic proficiency in Excel and Canva. **Work Schedule** * **42 hours per week**, rotating shifts. * **Morning shift:** Arrival between 6:45 and 7:00 AM (depending on the studio), with approximate departure between 3:15 and 3:30 PM. * **Afternoon shift:** 12:35 to 9:00 PM. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Work Location** * Las Condes.
