We are looking for a **SERVICE ASSISTANT**. If you are a passionate individual with high standards for cleanliness, a strong service orientation, and customer focus. **Responsibilities** * Clean, disinfect, and organize kitchen utensils, cafeteria facilities, and equipment. * Restock sugar bowls, salt and pepper shakers, napkin dispensers, condiments, tea, coffee, glasses (for water, soup, and milk), juice dispensers, bread, etc. * Prepare the service line by stocking all necessary utensils for attending diners; additionally, replenish these utensils and lunch boxes on the line as frequently and promptly as required. * Serve diners at the line quickly; respond to their requests, portion dishes according to established gram weights, and plate them following standardized presentation models. * Use work utensils correctly: equipment within your work area, cleaning products, and disinfectants. * Transport tray carts, collect trays, remove plates from trays, and dispose of all waste found in these items. * Wash and dry dishware, glassware, cutlery, and trays, ensuring no food residue remains. * Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area throughout your shift. * Perform other ancillary tasks as needed and per your supervisor’s discretion, supporting the entire cafeteria team. **Requirements** * High school diploma preferred. * Prior experience in this or similar roles preferred. * Ability to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Physical health compatible with the role. **Minimum Experience** 1–2 years of experience in similar positions within food service companies. **Benefits** * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. * Friendly and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for continuous learning and training. * On-site meals. * Compensation Fund. ✨ Join our team and become part of one of Chile’s top food service companies worldwide.
