Key responsibilities \- Lead planning, progress control, cost management, and scheduling for assigned projects. \- Supervise and inspect fieldwork, including contractor mobilization and demobilization. \- Ensure quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and verification of physical progress. \- Manage project documentation (engineering, drawings, specifications, As-Built, MoC, Close-Out) in Documentum or the client’s repository. \- Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations. \- Support technical bases for tenders or quotations. \- Review and approve safe work procedures. \- Prepare weekly reports and management summaries. Mandatory requirements \- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or other applicable field). \- Master’s degree (mandatory). \- Professional diploma (mandatory). \- Minimum 10 years of professional experience. \- Minimum 7 years of experience in mining/metallurgical project engineering (mandatory). \- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems. \- Field team leadership experience. Preferred qualifications \- Related diploma or specialization \- Experience with Minera Escondida \- Proficiency in Primavera/P6, Documentum, Flex, or equivalent systems Competencies \- Leadership \- Executive communication \- Problem solving \- Working under pressure \- Shifts / indicative location: Mining site in Antofagasta Province; hybrid or remote work options available in Antofagasta.
