Analytical thinking, leadership, and strong attention to detail. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Senior Mining Processes and Quality Auditor** to evaluate operational processes, management systems, and quality standards, identifying risks and improvement opportunities within mining operations. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct internal audits of mining processes and quality management systems. * Assess compliance with procedures, standards, and applicable regulations. * Identify deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Prepare audit reports and corrective action plans. * Follow up on audit findings and commitments. * Analyze performance indicators and process controls. * Coordinate with operational departments to implement improvements. * Promote compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering**, or a related field. * Knowledge of **ISO 9001, risk management, and continuous improvement**. * Proficiency in **Excel and data analysis tools**. * Familiarity with mining safety regulations and standards. * Availability to work on-site and on rotating shifts. * Analytical thinking, leadership, and strong attention to detail.
