La Birra Bar is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and ensure compliance with the highest standards of quality and food safety in our operations. Work Mode: 100% on-site work at our locations and factory. Objective: You will be responsible for ensuring the correct implementation, supervision, and continuous improvement of quality processes, ensuring compliance with current regulations and leading the implementation of the HACCP system to achieve its certification. Responsibilities: Supervise compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at locations and the factory. Lead the implementation of the HACCP system, ensuring its certification. Identify process deviations and manage corrective action plans. Train staff on quality and food safety standards. Administer and maintain quality system documentation. Monitor KPIs and promote continuous improvement. Requirements: Professional degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management Engineering, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in similar positions. GMP certification. Proven experience in HACCP implementation. Knowledge of current sanitary regulations.
