Develops coordination skills in a dynamic industrial environment **Position Summary:** Ciel Oil Energy Chile SpA is seeking a Petroleum Services Coordinator to organize the resources and support services required for our field activities. This role serves as a liaison between operational teams, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring that personnel, equipment, and services are coordinated according to the requirements of each operation. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate services and resources required for field operational activities * Organize requests for equipment, materials, and supplier support * Confirm resource availability prior to scheduled activities * Maintain communication with field teams regarding operational needs and changes * Monitor contracted services and ongoing work * Coordinate mobilization and delivery of resources to required locations * Maintain records of requests, services performed, and pending matters * Support resource reorganization when priorities change * Review basic documentation associated with suppliers and service delivery * Facilitate communication among operations, logistics, and external suppliers **Requirements:** * Experience in energy, oil \& gas, industrial services, logistics, operations, engineering, or related fields * Ability to coordinate resources, suppliers, and diverse activities * Strong organizational and communication skills * General proficiency with digital tools and operational documentation * Practical ability to respond to scheduling changes * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and operational teams * Field operations experience is valued but not mandatory * Specific petroleum discipline knowledge is not essential * Technical or professional education in a related field will be favorably considered **Why Join Us:** * Gain experience coordinating services within the energy sector * Work directly with operational teams and specialized suppliers * Expand your knowledge of logistics and field activity support * Develop coordination skills in a dynamic industrial environment * Participate in operations where planning and resource availability are critical * Build experience to advance into greater responsibilities in energy operations Salary: $32\.400\.000 per year Workplace: On-site employment
