People Management Analyst — V\-MAX Chile SpA San Bernardo, RM **Are you passionate about people and eager to join a dynamic team?** At V\-MAX, HDPE pipe and fitting manufacturers with operations in San Bernardo and Mejillones, we are looking for someone like you: a person who equally enjoys numbers and precision as well as creating positive moments for work teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing salary payments and payroll settlements Preparing employment contracts, addenda, and hiring documentation Calculating and processing severance settlements within legal deadlines Drafting disciplinary letters when required **The most enjoyable part!** Organizing birthday celebrations, company anniversaries, National Holidays, and the year-end party.
