Job Summary: We are seeking a Molding Machine Operator to ensure productivity, quality, and safety in operations, contributing to the client's objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and supervise molding machines to ensure productivity and quality. 2. Coordinate and supervise machine assistant tasks. 3. Conduct inspections, maintenance, and fault detection. At LL Consulting, we are currently recruiting a Molding Machine Operator for one of our key clients — a company operating in Coronel. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the productivity of the assigned machine, meeting production targets with efficiency, quality, and safety, thereby supporting the achievement of client commitments and requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate and supervise the assigned machine to ensure correct functionality, productivity, quality, and safety. * Execute the production schedule and adjust parameters according to technical specifications. * Coordinate and supervise machine assistant tasks. * Perform equipment and product quality inspections, checklists, and self-controls. * Promptly detect and report faults, deviations, or quality issues. * Participate in scheduled maintenance, equipment calibrations, and adjustments. * Maintain up-to-date operation logs and records. * Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Risk Prevention departments as required by the process. * Ensure safe and proper use of machinery and compliance with established procedures. **Ideal Profile:** * Completed secondary education or technical training in industrial processes. * 5–10 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing industries. * Experience in operating and adjusting industrial machinery. * Knowledge of wood production processes or related fields. * Experience coordinating and assigning tasks to operational teams. * Availability to work in Coronel. * Experience operating molding machines: Linares EVO 4006, Linares EVO 4007, and Leadermac Thundermac. **Position Benefits:** * Transportation for the Coronel and Lota areas. * Meals provided for all three shifts (rotating weekly: day, afternoon, and night shifts, Monday through Saturday).
